The Triple Crown is a running series in Lewiston/Auburn, Maine consisting of three 5K races (YMCA Fit Fest in June, Emilys Run in July, and The Bridge Run in August) held throughout the summer, open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Participants can run an individual race or run all the races in the Series!
Each 5K is capped at 800 participants and offers USATF certified courses, chip-timing, refreshments, music, prize drawings, and apparel for sale.

All 5K races start promptly at 8:30 AM
Your age on August 23, 2020 (L/A Bridge Run) will be used as your Age Group for entire series.

Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All 5K participants that complete the Series will be eligible for a complimentary Triple Crown T-shirt. If you intend on running all three races, register for the Triple Crown. If you sign up for all three races separately it is imperative that the information entered on the registration form is exactly the same each time you register otherwise you may be missed as a Triple Crown participant.

A free Auburn Firefighters Local 797 Kids Fun Run will precede each 5K at 8:00 a.m. The run is free to all youngsters and registration will take place only on race day. All courses are approximately 800 meters long and designed for younger children.
